Inviting Collaborators
Bring co-authors and reviewers into a project without sharing your login.

Systematic reviews are rarely a solo effort. Zynthia lets you invite collaborators to a specific project, or manage them across all your projects from one place.
Roles
- Lead, full access to a project, including managing other collaborators.
- Reviewer, can screen papers and record decisions.
- Viewer, read-only access, useful for a supervisor who wants visibility without touching the data.
How to invite someone
From a project's setup page, or from Settings → Team for a cross-project view, enter the collaborator's email and pick a role.
- If they already have a Zynthia account, they're added to the project immediately and notified by email.
- If they don't, an invite email is sent with a link that expires after 7 days. Following it shows them who invited them, which project, and what role they're being offered, then lets them accept (if they already have an account under that exact email) or create an account and accept in one step.
Removing a collaborator
From Settings → Team, you can see everyone with access across your projects and remove anyone you no longer want on a review.
