Exporting & the Audit Trail
A full paper trail for every decision, ready to hand to a supervisor or reviewer.
Every project has an Export page and an Audit page. Together they cover what most reviewers need to hand over: a documented decision trail and the raw data behind your reported numbers.
What you can export
From a project's Export page, pick any combination of four CSVs, bundled into a single ZIP:
- Screening Log, every paper's decision, notes, AI suggestion, and RI score.
- PRISMA Flow Counts, the numbers behind your flow diagram.
- Audit Log, the full event history described below.
- Search Documentation, your search strategy and sources, for the methods section of a manuscript.
The audit trail
Zynthia logs a timestamped event for everything that affects a screening outcome: papers imported, duplicates removed, AI suggestions generated, RI scores computed, decisions recorded or changed, notes edited, AI suggestions overridden, and contradictions flagged or resolved. The Audit page lets you filter by event type and paginate through the full history, or export it as CSV on its own.
This exists for one reason: if a supervisor, co-author, or peer reviewer asks "why was this paper excluded" or "did you change your mind about this decision", you have a real answer, not a reconstruction from memory.
